Anyone that has followed me knows this- I come from the Nsukka ‘Uli School’. We have a tradition of drawing that continues a celebration of those Igbo women who started decorating their bodies, the walls of their homes with these markings. Bodily gestures are vital for the lines I draw in my paintings. So, I love dancing.
And my wife is a deejay. Logical. You are invited to her dance event the Bridgerton Kizomba Experience. The video below is a clip from last year’s event. I rocked it my way.
It’s a 2 days’ fiesta. Apart from dressing up like yesteryear’s British royals (irony, but then I love dress up), this year's event will feature:
A Royal Ball,
Dance Cards,
Attire Competition,
Sunday Brunch and Promenade,
Whimsical Ambiance,
and High Tea Delights.
